Father's Day Project
Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I'm a backslidden scrapbooker.
Hi, Elizabeth.
I haven't fallen off the wagon or anything. It's just that I don't have time or energy to scrap. Printing photos, picking out paper, coordinating embellishments...I love that stuff. But I am too tired!
Denial!
But guess what? I think I've found a cure! You know I love Ali Edwards' scrapping style. So, I was tinkering around on Shutterfly and decided to create her themed Celebrate Everyday Life photo book. It was so easy. I uploaded the pictures, and stuck 'em in the template. Simple dimple. I got the book in the mail yesterday and I almost wept. Because it was so pretty. And I didn't have to stay up all night to get it done!
So show us, already!
Ok, are you ready for this? Go check it out RIGHT HERE!
Edited to Add: To make this a quicker project, select a bunch of photos you want to upload and then let 'em upload overnight. In the morning, you can plug 'em all in. Creating the book took about 2-3 hours. I broke this up into chunks of 15-20 minutes. After you complete the book and pay for it, the turnaround time is approx. 3 days. You will get it quicker if you do Next Day Air shipping. But I was fine with the standard ship. I finished my book on a Tuesday and received it the following Monday--6 days total. I would love to see your book, too! If you do this, email me with the link--or add it to the comments below. Lastly, here's Ali's helpful ideas for creating her book.
